Wireless Emergency Alerts are actually handled by the Android system, not the messaging app. You should be able to access these alert settings and history somewhere in settings:
(On my Pixel 4 XL running Android 12L, I'm using QKSMS and still get emergency alerts. I can see the settings and alert history in Settings
-> Safety & emergency
-> Wireless emergency alerts
.)

Thank you! I managed to find it only in Messages app before. Now I see it also under Settings -> Apps & notifications -> Advanced -> Emergency alerts (Android 10) Still can't find it on Android 8.0, just not supported maybe.
As far as I understand, there is separate message type for broadcast cell emergency alerts. Google Messages app has bunch of settings for them (partial screenshot attached) I don't see something similar in QKSMS+ 3.9.2, so creating this ticket.
I live in Ukraine and this feature seems to be used now because of russian war here, so it's not just a cosmetic feature.
