[Feature Request] Add a "report spam" feature

DESCRIPTION

In France when you receive a spam message you can report it to a specific number. I wish I could do it one click.

STEPS

1. Receive spam
2. Forward text to 33700
3. Copy spam sender number
4. Send it to 33700
5. Reporting done.

EXPECTED

1. Receive spam
2. Click on "Report spam" which automates the 2 reporting steps
3. Done

OBSERVATIONS

No idea if there are equivalents in other countries

The United States has the same procedure, except for the particular number—it is instead 7726, which spells "spam" on a touch-tone phone.
