UI Enhancement: Direct access to in-call functions #1082

I have the following UI enhancement request:

Today, we hide important "during call" functionality behind the 'Menu' button, 
namely
- Hold
- Speaker
- Mute
- Transfer Call
- End Call
- Send DTMF

The use of the "Menu" functions is not very strategic in Android any more, and 
on some devices (with some new Android versions) even rather awkward to invoke 
or use.

Hence I suggest to put these 6 functions as buttons directly on our app screen 
while a sipdroid call is active. This would hugely improve user experience (and 
be much more in line with what people know from most other dialler applications 
or the standard Android dial pad)!  :-)
