Preferred Call Type #1101

I have installed SipDroid as a way for me to communicate when I am unreachable 
through the normal Voice Carrier Networks.  For example, when I am at work and 
I have WLAN network connectivity on my cell but no Carrier Voice Network 
connectivity I would like by default calls to use Sipdroid.  So an option for 
Preferred Call Type like "Sipdroid when Phone network unavailble" would be 
great for me.
