registration failed #1138

Hello I'm trying to connect to my sip account with no luck, can u help please, 
I use the sip server in this page http://www.discountvoip.co.uk/sip

The only apps that seems to work are mobileVoip  and SipGo, but they are hiding 
the presets providers settings.
Can u help
