Change the `parking_distance` maxval to 60 #62

Because some of us use the happy hare for Tradrack solution, we need the maxval of parking_distance more than 30.

We use ERCF encoder module and the Tradrack structure with the ercf-easy-brd to build the MMU system. The author don't want us talk with picture out of the discord. I think this solution is very nice!
