defect in STRANGE #30

I found that the Ikeda output can get out of range. Should force a reset if that happens. I thought I had a reset somewhere but need to take a look.

Henon code had a reset but was not good (== 0 test). Now both use a better test that minimizes the number of resets so that chaos shall reign, but the system also does not get stuck on bad values.

I am closing this. If I see it again, I will investigate. Ran 3 strange modules for over 30 minutes with no resets. If it reset is needed, it will occur, but they won't happen often enough to break the spell of chaos.
