Update parser version #13

A good amount of changes have happened under the hood, but now focusing on creating a more stable API. Note, I also ran npm audit fix as well.

Hey, I just saw your pull request I must have missed the notification when you sent it 6 months ago lol. I always complain when I send a pull request somewhere and months later it still isn't merged, now I did the same thing...
Anyways thanks I'm now on the latest parser version, tests are still running fine. I'm pushing the update to the webpage on monday.
