Please allow OSD toggle channels greater than 8 #73

All my channels 1 through 8 are already in use.
If there is no Mavlink or APM limitation to the possible toggle channels, then 
please add more (up to channel 11 or 12).

B.t.w. PX4 and Pixhawk support more input channels.
