PAL to NTSC switching doesn't work #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Switching from PAL to NTSC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to use OSD with NTSC but it keeps sticking with PAL.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MinimOSD-Extra_Copter_Pre-release_2.4_r726.
Using with APM 2.6

Please provide any additional information below.
When I change, in the Config tool, from PAL to NTSC and save it to the OSD it 
keeps sticking with PAL.
I used also older OSD firmware 2.0 and it is the same problem.

I'm having the same problem. I'm surprised this isn't more common as I can't 
make it work with my gopro...
