finish refactoring image download feature, now codes more clean
RC: when re-sending, the msgId has been changed, and there're 2 uploading image task out there.
Besides, sending pic message codes are a pile of SHIT, I'm gonna create a ticket and take another 1 hour to refacto the logic, which is good for me and for the future! No Pain, No Gain...
