Use of incorrect vaccination-related NHDD codes #135

The NHDD codes for vaccination-related concepts used here don't match the correct codes as in the NHDD. Some of these codes include those for BCG, Polio, Pneumococcal, Measles, and Rotavirus.

@freddieptf Could you provide assistance in validating this and providing a fix?
