khis integration: obtain a production account for posting echis data #99

We need a production account as we get ready to deploy the mediator. This is to be sourced from HealthIT.

Credentials shared in 1password: moh kenya echis: KHIS (DHIS2) production account

I tested the credentials successfully.

@PhilipNgari ask to get access to the rest of the counties. See below screenshot, we only have access to Homabay and Kisumu. However, pushing data is not limited.
