You should improve the user interface.

Want i want is to add the CreateUpdateZip.exe to the windows path.

in the command line

createUpdateZip /Path/To/Folder/with/the/update/ Nameofupdate

save it in the order over update.

the structure of update is wrong, when you open the .zip you have to see system
....

Thanks

What tool are you using? (ex: Update Zip, Boot Logo, All-in-One, etc.)

Provide a brief description of the problem:

What is the last line of output that you see before the problem occurs?

What operating system are you using?

Please provide any additional information below. The more information that
is provided, the better. If you have screenshots of the problem and/or a
copy of the files you were using with the tool when the problem occurred,
you can add them as attachments below.

I know this comment is late, since this project has fallen by the wayside
(there are no other developers and I've moved on to using Cyanogen), but people
with similar issues can add the path via:
http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000549.htm.

Regarding the second issue, the format of the files very well may be incorrect
(the application is about two years old) and may not be consistent with all
smartphones and tablets. It worked for my old Droid X running Froyo when I
wrote the application, but it seems it may no longer be working.

Thankfully, there are a lot of newer and better supported tools (which you've
probably found by now) that can create updates for newer versions of Android.
