Hello,
I need to filters ContrastCorrection and BrightnessCorrection accepts also 8bpp 
Grayscale images.

Mentioned filters work in HSL color space, so only color images can be used for 
input.

You may try using LevelsLiner filter to adjust brightness or contrast.
