Addition of a circular buffer? #67

It would be nice to have the ability to use a circular buffer for the 
video capture routine for frames. Would it be easier to pick a range of 
frames and dump to file rather than continually creating a string of video 
files for each motion capture of a duration?

Does it sound easier to process a range of frames and decide if they are 
worthy to save to disk?
