This numpad driver is working for Asus UM5400QA-KN008T

This driver works for my Asus UM5400QA-KN008T. The configuration that works is the one made for the (3) ux433fa. However, some features don't work properly:

1. Brightness control and calculator sliding func do not seem to work
2. the equal sign (=) and percent sign (%) give an enter
3. the dot sign outputs a 0
4. Enter gives a dot

The rest seems working fine. Here's the button arrangement :

7 8 9 / <- 4 5 6 * <- 1 2 3 - % 0 . Enter + =
