Fullscreen Mode - can we make the menu bar disappear completely #15

More a would-be-nice feature request than anything else.

Would be great to toggle on/off the top menu-bar in fullscreen mode, the same
way Tools menu can be.

The one thing that every Liquid Galaxy rig has (up till now) is a grey streak
along the top of all the monitors... which just doesn't look very good.

We probably want it so if the mouse/pointer is moved up to the top of the
screen the menu reappears, as well as a key combination and right-click menu
option.

With X11/Linux there is a workaround using a window placement app like
Devilspie to force the menu-bar to be off the screen.

Cheers, Andrew.

This should be an easy one to do?

(changed summary line.

Suggested UI implementation:

In GE create a user prefs/setting "[x] Fullscreen auto-hides menu".
If this is checked the Menu Bar (in Fullscreen mode) silently disappears off
the top of the screen after a few seconds.
To bring it back the user moves the mouse cursor to the top of the screen.
Similar to how the Windows hide task-bar function.

This is important to Liquid Galaxy's in public/museum settings where we want
the most aesthetic view possible with Google Earth.

Example of what a Windows based LG looks like.

I was wondering if you could describe which files are to be modified to fix
this issue as I am unable to find any relevant files to edit.

I am new to Liquid Galaxy, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
