Share icons are set in a bubble juste under "Share on..." instead of a single block on a overlay. Try this version :)

Maybe with this design, the icons should be 16x16

Really like it. Let me merge it, then we can fix the layout a bit to make to make it in propositional. I just found you on Google+ and added you!
