Use a URL shortner service #8

Right now, it uses the complete URL, would be nice to have a URL shortner service like goo.gl and bit.ly so people can gather statistics based on links!

I run http://mygooglepl.us ( URL Shortner ) its just a copy of yoourls right now, but would be willing to change my code / integrate with with project in any way that would help ( yes there are redir stats )
