Improve capture gallery #100

This will add a few features such as:

1) Browsing through moments, click on a moment, and it will open it up in a large image, and you can browse by (hitting next/prev, or clicking on the image, or with arrow keys) 3) Downloading an image, you can click on download, and through HTML5, it will download it directly to your system without any right click save as.

I have changed my mind:

No web browser other than Chrome supports webp
It doesn't work correctly in Google+ when you post images.
The point of these images is so that they can view them on their computer, the user must download a viewer for this to work on Windows. That is just ridiculous.

In the meantime, we are just supporting JPEG, which compresses PNG by half which is a 50% improvement.
