Improved Edit Mode Ui Layout #23

Some jQuery tweaks necessary. So far layout resize is working.

Some issues: 1) nubs dimensions don't match canvas size 2) jQuery panel effects need further tweaking; need to integrate multi-effects. Perhaps we can use an accordion instead of adding/disappearing panels?

Looking great Rayan, I added a few comments to the commit, some nits for design to be consistent with the rest of the code style in the app.
