I'm newbye and my English and JS now is weak. Sorry What I have made

  1. Russian language
  2. Calculating times according russian muftiat method
  3. Notifications about beginning new time Code for notifications is in AlarmClock js file I want refactor it to class. And next I plan 3 notification kinds
  4. no any notification
  5. HTML5 notification
  6. Popup with Youtube video (or mp3 file) - under consideration

I have sent you a message. It would be nice if you can split that commit into sub commits:

Total of 3 commits (or more) I see you already worked on the Timer, I was going to work on it soon, we can merge our implementations together :)
