Background Themes Manager #6

Would be nice if we can support different background themes. The last release, I rearranged the popup to do a three-way-cut so that we can do dynamic backgrounds.

If anyone could contribute some cultural designs, that would be awesome!

found couples of ones that i can fix and modify over to suit the extension, please let me know which ones you don't like between the following list and are legit to use too:

@3emad I am redoing this entire extension from bottom top :) Will bring in themes!
