Modify JS and options to allow closing of tabs to left/right of active tab

Fixes #20 #21

i think great would be the option to reload tabs left/right. edit. i just found that this is already present in options page on : Context Menu (Right Click). great. good extension.

i made added entries like this to add the isssue #10 thing too in my fork . so i just made a pull in case u make that too
