Force extension to refresh #11

When adding new keywords to exclude I have to close Google+ and disable/enable the extension so it will 'flush' what's in it's memory (ie: filtered out posts) Otherwise it will not filter posts that match new keywords.

Is it intended behavior that the extension remembers what it filtered once one exits Google+? Maybe it'd be better if it would purge every time Google+ is closed (perhaps this feature could be implemented as optional?)
