need ctrl-z #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. connect to linux vncserver
2. start process from terminal
3. try to background the process using CTRL-Z

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect suspend process. instead, have no CTRL-Z key

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
androidVNC_build090131.apk, RC33; applies to any unix-like OS

Please provide any additional information below.
i know i can kill -20 the pid, but what a hassle! same applies to CTRL-C
