Invalid Phone Number supported in add command. #1

Invalid phone number, especially long is valid in this command. Should be voided due to security reasons as well.

Not a functionality bug as the UG does not specify that there is a restriction for the phone number (as it is not intended to have a restriction).

Furthermore, according to the tp website this is considered an extreme user behaviour and thus not a bug, as it also does not cause the app to crash or hinder the user.
