fix sass-node #198

Node v18 does not support sass-node anymore. Instead, change it to just sass

Hey @davidsvida! Thanks for the PR. This sass version is showing warnings conflicting with bootstrap. See this post. I tried sass@1.32.12 on my local and it works without warnings. You can try it on your local and update the PR.
