Failed to update chatpad filter device driver: 0xe000020b #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running chatpad_installer_amd64
2. second popup window reads "Failed to update chatpad filter device driver:
0xe000020b"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Well I'm assuming everything should be working and functioning, instead the
chatpad is unresponsive. I've opened up notepad and tried typing something with
the chatpad and nothing happens, I've also tried mapping some keys with xpadder
and still nothing. The controller is detected but not the chatpad.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chatpad installer amd64

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
Intel Core i3 CPU M370 2.40GHz

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure if this could be the problem but I'm using an afterglow controller
and not the official Microsoft wired controller. Its still hard wired to the
mobo on the controller and I have the official Microsoft controller drivers
installed and the controller works perfectly fine. I can play games and the
xbox afterglow controller is recognized by windows. Also I have the chatpad
plugged in during the installation. In addition to that I've followed all the
steps in the guide and disable windows from requiring signed drivers and still
have had no success.

Sullie, sorry about the slow response on this. I think someone else recently
emailed me with the same error code.

I am guessing the problem is because the controller is a slightly different
model. As far as I know, only official Microsoft wired 360 controllers will
work with my drivers right now. There may be a way to get third-party
controllers (like Madcatz) to work, but I don't own any of those controllers
and I don't know how.

Sorry I don't have better information for you. :(
