Add ability to omit branch on jenkins notify #126

This addresses #96. It allows people to opt out of including the branch name in the jenkins notify.

I have run the unit tests for this, however I could not get the atlas-run command to spin up a stash instance. This is a general issue with my machine however as I could not do this on the master branch either.
