Pull Request ID *NOT* being received by Jenkins

I have configured this according to specs, but my Pull Request ID is still not being sent to Jenkins... I have attended to the necessary parameters to Jar:

"-Dhudson.plugins.git.GitStatus.safeParameters= PULL_REQUEST_URL, PULL_REQUEST_ID, PULL_REQUEST_FROM_HASH, PULL_REQUEST_TO_BRANCH"

I'm trying to call a SonarQube scan with a PR ID... I've created a Job w/Parameters, defined the above params as Strings.... nothing... driving me nuts.. any insight is appreciated.

I've also followed the configurations on the other now closed issues on this topic... still not working.
