Notify jenkins on a separate thread to release Stash's event thread #54

In the worst cases Jenkins has been known to block, resulting in Stash running out of event threads, which is Bad.

I've merged this, but into the develop branch, as I try to keep master as the currently deployed code. I've got a few other things I'm working on locally and hope to have ready for the next release, in which this will be included. Thanks for your help!
