Hello, this allows omitting the SHA1 hash code of the commit. This is a workaround until https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-24133 is fixed. Tested on Stash 2.9.4 and Stash 3.3.1.

Thanks for the pull request! Sorry for the slow response... I had actually merged it locally and was working on a few other, unrelated modifications. But, decided today that those are going to take a little bit longer, so will go ahead and wait on those to help this get out sooner.

Hey @mikesir87 , were you going to do a 2.5.1 tag to go with the new release? We just upgraded this morning and encountered a bug where the trigger notification is not being fired, so I was going to do some digging on it and compare some code before pestering you with a new bug report :-D

The release should be going out in about 3-4 hours. And yes @ashnazg, there will be a new tag to go with the release, most likely 2.6.0.
