After being promoted, the member can't see the administration options directly.

Steps To Reproduce

1. The administrator navigates to the sphere members.
2. The administrator selects one of the members and, from the three-dot menu, chooses 'Add this member as an administrator of the sphere.'
3. On the promoted member's side, the promotion options such as (Audio sphere, Events, Tasks, Files) are not initially visible.
4. The promoted member is required to refresh the page to view the promotion options.

Expected behavior After the promotion, the designated member should be able to observe or access the administration options directly.
