Users can join the event's conference multiple times.

Steps To Reproduce

1. User creates an event and associates it with a video conference room.
2. User shares it within the sphere.
3. User has the option to click 'Join the conference room' and participate in the event multiple times.

Expected behavior Users should not have the ability to join the conference more than once for an event associated with a video conferencing room.
