When the user creates a new survey message and selects to not show the result until the survey ends, the user should see a message [as shown in the below image] instead of the loading view[as its shown in the attached video link],
Because the user will understand that something is getting stuck.

Disable "Instantly post the results after voting".
enter your survey questions and answers.
submit your answer.
