An error occurs when the user tries to rotate the uploaded image.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the sphere page.
2. Select the 'attachment' icon.
3. Upload an image.
4. Try to rotate the image.
5. Encounter an 'error_not_fullfiled' message, and a loading spinner persists on the image.

Expected behavior Users should have the capability to rotate the image successfully before sharing it within the sphere.
