Users can see the modified label when they haven't made any modifications.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to sphere message.
2. Initiate a new message by adding text.
3. Share the message.
4. Click the three dots menu of the shared message —> choose the 'Edit' action.
5. Click the 'Change' action —> you will now see the modified label under the shared message.

Expected behavior Users should not be able to see the modified label when they haven't made any modifications.
