Preview message is enabled even when there is no content.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the sphere page.
Click to share a new message without adding content and select the 'format your message' option.
Observe that the 'Preview my message' button is enabled.

To enhance user experience, it's advisable to have the preview feature enabled only when there is actual content in the message to preview.
