[patch] fix a spelling mistake #247

In db/version_set.h file, You typed "iff" in comment, fix it to "if".

Hi,

Thanks for reporting.  However, "iff" is intentional in that comment 
(short-hand for "if and only if").

I count over 30 occurrences of "iff" usage in the leveldb source code, and I 
don't think it is worth changing them by spelling out "if and only if" every 
where. If we hear back other complaints about "iff" being confusing, we might 
revisit this decision, but for now, let's let things stay as they are.
