Oracle Aggretate support #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Aggretate
2. Configure Oracle database as backend
3. There is no support for this database

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODKAggregate v1.0 alpha 6++ war-manual-config
Not in trunk yet

Please provide any additional information below.
Please publish what you have done with Oracle as Aggregate

Will not implement.
If anyone wants to write an Oracle persistence layer, or a persistence layer 
for another proprietary database (e.g., SQL Server), let us know.

These persistence layers would be located under, e.g., 

org.opendatakit.common.persistence.engine.oracle

We don't have the developer resources to support proprietary databases.
