Access Denied to images

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deploy ODKAggregate.war
2. Log in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UI normal presentation. I got a lot of 302 errors

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK Aggregate v1.0 beta windows-installer.exe Windows 2008

Please provide any additional information below.

I have my own gmail address with "formAdmin","siteAdmin" and "submitters" 
permissions set.

I have the same issue.  None of my images appear.  This completely breaks the 
site in IE and Firefox.  I can still use the site in Chrome, for whatever 
reason.

I'm using RHEL5.6, Tomcat6, ODK Aggregate 1.0.

To be clear, this is the same problem with either the aggregate account that i 
created or the google/OpenID account.  Both have all 3 permissions.

I don't know if this is related, but in all three browsers, if I reload the 
page, I lose access to all CSS and scripts.

Need to verify in a clean environment, as it is clearly the case that the 
browser caching of resources masked this issue during testing.
