Authentication is not provided when downloading form

Authentication with the server when downloading the form list goes as expected 
with a 401 response followed by a request with an authentication header. But 
when trying to download one of the forms, a request without an authentication 
header is sent and when the server responds with 401 status, the code throws an 
exception.

I've attached a patch that fixes a NPE when form download fails.
