It would be nice to configure where the result should be stored  and in 
what format in Icarus.

If possible what ever is configurable in Gallio.Echo the same set should 
be avaliable in Icarus.

Project level, I hope... otherwise it becomes awkward because projects normally 
stash
reports within their own folders.  If a user-level preference could override 
that
setting then it will make it more difficult to work with project-level report 
snapshots.

I might recommend a different approach which would be to keep the reports in the
project but then offer a per-user option of a "report archive" directory to 
which
reports would also be copied.
