Icarus 3.2 can not run individual steps #688

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Have a test with several steps
2.From Icarus, pick one test step to run
3.Run the test step

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Icarus hangs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2 Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
Running the whole test works fine, the problem shows only when you run an 
individual step
