Manufacturer field is not showing up in interconnect #1925

The manufacturer string is shown as HPE for most resources. But it is shown as NULL for interconnects. This needs to show as HPE. In case of interconnects we are looking for CISCO first, if not it is set to HPE in one place. Need to check for the field in the area during the discovery time.
