Composer with many enclosures fails #1931

A synergy enclosure is having a ring of more than 16 enclosures. The discovery fails as the calls are not returning in 3 seconds (TIMEOUT reached). In this scenario, stopping the daemon is also not effective. Increase the time out and find a way to stop the daemon in a reasonable amount of time.
