Locked/Active alerts in syslog could be removed

Right now active/locked alerts are transferred as events the the full messages are put in the /var/log/messages file. In a bigger ring these messages are way too many in the syslog which reduces its usefulness. This scenario was not visualized initially. Please remove the messages. If there are any messages then the plugin could putout one message saying Active/Locked alerts are found and please login to the composer to get complete details.
