ov_rest cert path is not getting created #1990

The ov_rest plugin stores the plugin certificates in the VARPATH/ov_rest/cert and it is not getting created properly. Jan 23 17:29:00 openhpi-mohan openhpid: ov_rest: ov_rest_event.c:1258: Failed to create the directory /var/lib/openhpi/ov_rest, File exists Jan 23 17:29:00 openhpi-mohan openhpid: ov_rest: ov_rest_event.c:1278: Failed to change the dir to /var/lib/openhpi/ov_rest/cert, No such file or directory
